Patch Notes launches on Polygon on Friday, March 4th

Hey Postgame subscribers, I have a big update!

Short version: I’m launching a newsletter at Polygon and it’s very similar to Postgame. You can subscribe now and get the first issue this Friday!

Long version: I want to thank all of you for joining me in 2020 for this experiment. I learned a lot from the project and loved writing for you every weekend. Unfortunately, in January 2021 a car drove through my home.

The good news is everyone was okay, including the driver. The bad news is that repairing the home and then moving across the country to California consumed every moment of my free time. So, Postgame became Indefinitely Postponed.

Until now. Sort of!

I’m thrilled to announce that we’re launching a new newsletter at Polygon. It’s called Patch Notes and its format will be familiar to Postgame subscribers. Except Patch Notes will be even better, covering other corners of entertainment like anime and comics. I’m the launch author, but eventually, I’ll be sharing the keys to the newsletter with some of Polygon’s wonderful writers and editors. I can’t wait for you to get to know them.
